At Twist & Tangle, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:
Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- Preferably returned in the original packaging
- Yarn that has been used, washed, or damaged cannot be returned

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed
Duties disclaimer
For orders shipped outside of the EU, all additional fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse or wish to return a shipment, we can refund your order once it’s returned to us. However, if there are any additional shipping fees or import taxes incurred, we are unable to cover these costs and this amount will be deducted from your final refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@twistandtangle.nl and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
