We carefully pack and ship all orders from the Netherlands using PostNL.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the size of the parcel.
The Netherlands:
- Orders over €75 ship free of charge.
- Orders under €75:
- Letterbox parcel = €3.95
- Standard parcel = €5.95
Processing times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL including track & trace.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
International shipping
We currently ship to selected countries within and outside the European Union using PostNL.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once a parcel has been handed over to PostNL, delivery times are unfortunately outside our control. If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
