Products

We do our best to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. As many yarns are produced by hand or in small batches, slight differences between dye lots may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

Orders & payment

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are processed once payment has been received.

All prices shown in the webshop include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If unexpected delays occur, we will contact you.

Twist & Tangle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
